Job description

About Omnia

We are an ambitious scale-up with a winning mindset and a passion for consistently delivering the best pricing platform to online retailers and brands. Our software plays a key role in our customers’ strategy by providing competitive data, pricing insights, and dynamic pricing. We are currently the European market leader, but our ambitions go beyond Europe: we’ve only just begun.

About the Position

Imagine shaping one of the largest data acquisition engines in European retail. At Omnia, our scraping technology gathers over 200 million competitor prices every single day. Data gathered at comparison websites like Google Shopping and Idealo, marketplaces such as Amazon and eBay, and directly from countless retail websites. This massive flow of data fuels Omnia’s dynamic pricing engine, enabling millions of product repricing decisions worldwide and giving our customers a decisive competitive edge.

As Product Manager for the Data Scraping Team, you’ll own the direction of how Omnia acquires data at scale. You’ll treat the scraping environment as a product in its own right, responsible not only for the execution but also for its business case, strategic positioning, and long-term success.

Your role goes beyond keeping the engine running; it’s about driving it forward. You’ll identify opportunities, define success metrics, and balance resilience with innovation to ensure our scraping capabilities continue to scale with Omnia’s growth. You’ll translate technical complexity into clear business value, enabling stakeholders across Product, Sales, and Customer Success to understand how scraping powers our competitive edge.

In this role, your challenge and your impact will be clear: to position Omnia at the forefront of data acquisition, ensuring our customers always have access to the most accurate, timely, and comprehensive pricing data on the market.

What Will You Be Doing?

  • Own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for Omnia’s data scraping capabilities.

  • Take ownership of the business case for scraping data, ensuring Omnia can provide a competitive and sustainable solution across all data sources.

  • Work closely with engineers to prioritize and deliver resilient solutions in the face of rapidly changing anti-scraping environments.

  • Define clear requirements and success metrics to ensure data quality, accuracy, and scalability.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders across Product, Engineering, and Customer Success to align scraping efforts with business needs.

  • Leverage data analytics and experimentation to validate decisions and continuously improve performance.

  • Act as the voice of scraping technology internally, ensuring both technical and non-technical teams understand its value and constraints.

About You

  • Around 5 years of proven experience as a Product Manager, within a B2B SaaS or data-heavy environment.

  • Strong data analytics and problem-solving skills, with knowledge of Python and SQL; you’re comfortable diving into complex datasets and extracting insights.

  • Strong communication skills to align diverse stakeholders and clearly explain trade-offs.

  • Proven ability to work with technical teams on highly technical challenges, while translating them into clear business value.

  • Resilient under pressure; you thrive in an environment where adaptability and speed are key.

  • Knowledge or experience in web scraping, crawling, or data collection technologies is a strong plus.

  • Comfortable balancing short-term delivery with long-term vision for complex systems.

  • You strongly identify yourself with our values
