About the Role
As an Account Executive, you’ll own the sales cycle from first touch to close, working with international mid-market and enterprise retailers and brands. You’ll focus on a healthy mix of inbound and SDR-sourced leads (60–70%), while also proactively building your own pipeline (30–40%).
You’ll collaborate closely with marketing, product, consultancy, and the outbound team to shape tailored demos, consultative sales conversations, and long-term customer value.
What you'll do:
Own and manage the full sales cycle;
Close about 5 deals per quarter, with average sales cycles of 5 to 9 months;
Use tools and playbooks to manage and grow your pipeline;
Deliver your own personalized, technical demos based on deep understanding of Omnia’s products;
Collaborate with our consultancy and CSM team for a smooth onboarding of new clients;
Grow through 1:1 coaching, regular feedback, and call reviews
About You
You’re eager to grow in B2B SaaS sales and thrive in fast-paced, international environments. You’re comfortable with complexity, enjoy building consultative relationships, and don’t wait for opportunity, you create it.
You bring:
1–2 years of experience selling B2B SaaS, preferably to mid-market customers;
A strong fit with Omnia’s values;
Curiosity and confidence to sell a technical and data-driven product;
A proactive and self-starting attitude, you own your outcomes;
A collaborative mindset and willingness to learn from others;
Fluent written and spoken English and Dutch native-level
